This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which PDFCap ("we," "us," "our," "Company"), accessible at pdfcap.com, provides refunds to users of the PDFCap Services (hereinafter "PDFCap Services"). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS

We want our users to have a positive experience with PDFCap. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of your registration on our Website. We review all refund requests individually and make our determination based on the specific circumstances of each case, including your usage of the Service during the relevant period.

PDFCap maintains the right to initiate special incentive pricing, membership, and other promotional programs. These may be limited, at PDFCap's sole discretion, to defined and limited users or non-users. Any promotional credits or discounts applied to customer accounts by PDFCap remain the property of PDFCap — they never become the property of customers and are never refundable.

Please note that we may not be able to process a refund in all cases. Refund requests may be declined where, for example, the request is submitted outside the applicable timeframe, or where the Service has been used in a manner inconsistent with our Terms of Service. Where a refund is approved, it may be issued in full or in part depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

2. NOTE FOR EU/EEA RESIDENTS

If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for purchases of the Service.

However, when you make a purchase of a single item of digital content (such as a PDF file), you expressly agree that such content is made available to you immediately and you therefore lose your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund.

By signing up for our Service, which is not a single item of digital content and is provided on a continuous basis (such as a Subscription), you expressly request and consent to an immediate supply of such Service. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount proportional to the Service provided before you communicated your withdrawal.

Where you have not lost your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you enter into the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email) before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. NOTE FOR BRAZILIAN RESIDENTS

If you are a customer located in Brazil, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date you entered into the contract. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day period. We may ask you to provide your order details or other information necessary to verify and process your cancellation.

4. NOTE FOR COLOMBIAN RESIDENTS

If you are a customer located in Colombia, you have the right to request a refund in the following cases:

  • Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions: If you identify that a payment was made fraudulently or without your authorization.
  • Incorrect Charges: If the amount charged to your account differs from the price displayed on the PDFCap Website at the time of purchase.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription or service.

We may require you to submit supporting documents or information necessary to process your request. Once your request is verified, a full refund for the affected transaction will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that if the Website displays prices in Colombian pesos (COP) but your payment is processed in another currency (such as USD or EUR), the final amount charged may vary due to exchange rate differences.
